Veterinarians
Trevor W. Ashley, DVM
Chief of Staff / Owner
Born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland, Dr. Trevor Ashley knew from a young age he wanted to be a veterinarian. As a child, he was a member of a local 4-H club and was active in the community overall.
He earned his Bachelors of Science in Biology from Virginia Tech in 1998 and his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 2001.
After graduating, he practiced as an associate veterinarian at a private practice in St Mary's County for 2 years before joining a large national veterinary practice and served as Chief of Staff at several locations in Glen Burnie, Bowie and Hanover MD for the past 13 years.
He moved to Pasadena, MD with his wife and son in 2012. His family includes four Italian Greyhounds named Stella, Phoebe, Leo and Matteo and a Chinese Crested named Wyldstyle.
Dr. Ashley enjoys working with dogs (with a particular interest in Italian greyhounds and other sight hounds), cats, small mammals as well as birds and reptiles. His interests and medical expertise include internal medicine, nutrition, small animal dentistry, soft tissue and some orthopedic surgery as well as diagnostic imaging/ultrasound.
He aims to be known as the veterinarian of choice in the community and wants to give back to the families and the pets that he serves in the community.
Eric J. Anderson, DVM
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Anderson graduated from Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in 2008. After spending two years at the Center for Veterinary Medicine - Aquaculture Drug Team at the FDA, he worked as an associate veterinarian under Dr. Ashley for several years before serving as a Chief of Staff at a national veterinary practice in Calverton, MD. For the past year he has worked as an associate veterinarian at a nearby small animal veterinary practice and has been filling in at several local small animal veterinary practices as a relief doctor while also working at Small Miracles Cat and Dog Rescue.
Dr. Anderson and Dr. Ashley have kept in touch over the years and when Dr. Anderson learned that Dr. Ashley was looking to add an associate veterinarian to his new state of the art veterinary practice, he leapt at the chance to join his highly trained team.
He looks forward to partnering with the good people of Pasadena to help them care for their pets.
